TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pricing :
  1. Prices are quoted in USD/EUR/INR, depending on the buyer’s preference.
  2. Prices are Ex-Works (EXW) / FOB / CIF, as agreed during the negotiation.
Payment methods :

We accept Telegraphic Transfer (TT) / Wire Transfer ( Direct bank to bank transfer) , we are open to use safe online payment platforms like PayPal and Razorpay for sample orders.

Payment terms :
  1. We work in 70% advance Payment Terms and 30% before shipment.
  2. For regular buyers: Payment terms can be revised based on trust and volume.
  3. Order cannot be cancelled once the advance is taken.
  4. Quotation of a Product Depends on the Quantity and Shipping Method.
  5. We mainly consider FOB Shipping , but we also work in port to port and port to door delivery .
  6. Delivery time estimate may vary according to weather conditions and depending on sea shipping or air shipping.
Order Confirmation & Lead Time :
  1. Orders are confirmed only after the advance payment is received.
  2. Standard production lead time: 3-6 weeks, depending on order size and customization. .
  3. Any delays due to raw material shortages, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated in advance
Shipping & Delivery :
  1. Shipping mode: Air / Sea / Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) as per the buyer’s choice.
  2. Shipping terms: FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) as per contract.
  3. Any shipping delays caused by customs, port authorities, or logistics providers are beyond our control.
import Duties & Taxes:
  1. Import duties, VAT, and any local taxes in the buyer’s country are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed
  2. Any customs clearance issues must be handled by the buyer with their clearing agent
Quality Inspection & Claims
  1. Products undergo strict quality control before shipment.
  2. The buyer may request a third-party quality inspection (SGS, Intertek, or others)at their own cost.
  3. Returns and replacements are subject to mutual agreement and based on defects
  4. If the received goods have defects beyond acceptable tolerance levels, claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
Force Majeure
  1. Products undergo strict quality control before shipment.
  2. Neither party shall be held liable for non-performance due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, war, government restrictions, pandemics, or transport strikes
  3. Returns and replacements are subject to mutual agreement and based on defects
  4. If the received goods have defects beyond acceptable tolerance levels, claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law :
  1. Products undergo strict quality control before shipment.
  2. In case of disputes, both parties shall attempt to resolve them amicably through negotiation.
  3. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Mumbai, India, as per Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  4. The contract is governed by Indian law, and any legal proceedings will be held in Mumbai, India.
Confidentiality :
  1. Products undergo strict quality control before shipment.
  2. Both parties agree to keep business-sensitive information confidential and not disclose it to third parties.
Termination Clause :
  1. Either party may terminate the agreement if the other breaches the contract or fails to meet obligations.
